IBENA sateen decatizing wrappers are made out of ringspun special cotton/synthetic blends, whereby in the development of the product great importance is given to a long lifetime which will result in more economic decatizing. Some of our most popular products include:

Tendance

Satin suitable in decating fine worsted fabrics. Particularly recommended in developing bisulphites. Suitable to be used either in autoclave (KD), or in normal decating.

MOIRÉ:	Not existent on medium-fine and fine fabrics.

Notes:	A satin-wrapper's suitability and duration is proportional to the preparation and care applied to it. Moreover you should not forget that high temperature together with PH inferior to 5,5 accelorates fibers hydrolysis and therefore wear.

Viva

A new satin wrapper wich allows to achieve European's performances is now available in China.

With this new blend we can get a better "hand" and a "mat-aspect". This is a great upgrade, especially on fine worsted fabric. One more advantage: Moiré doesn't exist on fine worsted fabrics.

We recommend it to be used in autoclave (KD) as well as in normal decatizing.
